About the Role:

Google Ads Specialist

If you’re someone who understands both data and consumer behavior, this role offers you the space to create, experiment, and scale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across

    Search, Display, and Shopping

    .
  • Special focus on

    Lead Generation campaigns

    in industries such as

    Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, and B2B

    .
  • Perform in-depth

    keyword research

    , competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Write effective ad copies and guide landing page alignment for higher quality scores.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for

    CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS

    .
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    on creatives, headlines, and CTAs to improve results.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to align ad journeys and funnel experience.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in

    Google Ads campaign management

    .
  • Proven success in

    lead generation and shopping campaigns

    with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in

    Google Ads Manager, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Tag Manager

    .
  • Ability to manage

    multiple campaigns

    across clients with varying goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort in working on numbers and reports.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping)
  • Experience with remarketing, local campaigns, YouTube ads
  • Familiarity with landing page platforms like Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow
  • Basic understanding of UTM parameters and GA4
