Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of plant operations: production, planning, quality, and dispatch
• Ensure smooth coordination between procurement, stores, accounts, and sales teams
• Drive operational efficiency and reduce downtime through lean practices
• Maintain strong quality control and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop mid-level managers and production supervisors through mentorship
• Oversee vendor management and client interactions at the senior level
• Report directly to top management with operational KPIs and growth plans
• Support strategic expansion into new product lines and industrial verticals

Qualifications

• A

  minimum of 20 years of hands-on experience

  in the

  rubber manufacturing sector

  is

  mandatory

• Engineering or technical degree preferred (mechanical, polymer, or production-related fields)
• Proven leadership in running a plant or business unit independently
• Strong knowledge of rubber compounding, molding, extrusion, and quality standards
• Exposure to ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and ERP systems
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities
