General Manager

Meddleaf Ayurvedic Hospital is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead its overall operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient resource management, and smooth coordination between departments. The General Manager will play a key role in driving strategic growth, maintaining compliance, and enhancing the reputation of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day hospital operations across departments.
• Ensure adherence to Ayurvedic standards, clinical protocols, and healthcare regulations.
• Plan, implement, and monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost control strategies.
• Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams including Ayurvedic doctors, therapists, nurses, and admin staff.
• Develop and enforce hospital policies, SOPs, and quality assurance protocols.
• Drive patient satisfaction through excellent service delivery and grievance resolution.
• Oversee HR activities including recruitment, training, and staff performance reviews.
• Supervise procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with marketing and outreach teams to promote Ayurvedic wellness and build brand reputation.

Qualifications

• MBA in Healthcare, Hospital Management, or Business Administration (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital/healthcare leadership roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of Ayurvedic practices and patient care protocols (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
