Key Responsibilities:

• responsible for over all administration , operations and track performance of the employee.
• Managing the day-to-day activities of a business or organization, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. co ordinate with site supervisor and client to complete the order .
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
• Leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmen
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and sub vendors
• Developing and implementing transportation policies, programs, and schedules for routes, loads, and deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, shipments, and other transportation-related activities.
• Monitoring stock levels, ordering new items, conducting regular inventory counts, and managing stock effectively. track the delivery and return process through store keeper .

Skills and Qualifications:

Operational Management:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Financial Management:

• Managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.

Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, sub vendor

Performance Management:

• Monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.
