Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled GCP Data Engineer with strong experience in cloud-based data engineering to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to deliver solutions with business impact
• Work within an agile, multidisciplinary DevOps team
• Migrate and re-engineer existing services from on-premises data centers to cloud (GCP/AWS)
• Understand business requirements and deliver real-time, scalable solutions
• Utilize project development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GIT
• Write Python/Shell scripts to automate operations and server management tasks
• Build and maintain tools for monitoring, alerting, trending, and analysis
• Define, create, test, and execute operational procedures
• Document current and future configuration processes and policies

Required Qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of experience as a Data Engineer/Developer working with Cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
• Hands-on experience in an agile DevOps environment
• Good understanding of Hadoop and data ingestion tools like NiFi or Kafka
• Proficiency in Python programming, DataFlow, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery
• Strong experience with key GCP components: GCS, BigQuery, Airflow, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub/Kafka, DataFlow, Google Cloud SDK
• Familiarity with Terraform and Shell scripting
• Experience with relational databases (RDBMS)

Preferred Qualifications:

• GCP Data Engineer Certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
