Java Developer

Job Title: Java Developer Experience: 4–7 Years Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Java Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Java, experience with enterprise-level applications, and a good understanding of database technologies. You will be responsible for end-to-end feature development, performance optimization, and ensuring code quality through testing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement new features based on business requirements. Identify and reuse existing components or create new reusable modules. Prioritize and manage work to deliver high-quality code on time. Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit. Participate in performance tuning and optimization as needed. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables. Required Qualifications & Skills: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming concepts. Experience in enterprise application development using J2EE . Hands-on experience with application servers such as WebLogic or JBoss . Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL ; performance tuning experience is a plus. Good understanding of servlet-based application architecture and browser behavior. Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Experience working in Agile development environments is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Candidate: Quick learner with a strong ability to grasp new technologies and tools. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
