BigStep Technologies is hiring a Technology Lead to drive our product engineering vision. You’ll lead a team of developers while architecting scalable solutions using React.js, Node.js, and Go (Golang). Make critical architecture decisions and mentor engineers, and set coding standards. Collaborate with product/CTO to align tech with business goals. Hands-on code for complex features/POCs
Define tech stack strategy (evaluation/adoption of React, Node,gRPC, Go, etc.)
Lead system design for scalability (microservices, APIs, cloud infra)
Review code and enforce best practices (testing, security, performance)
React native in mobile development is good to have
Conduct technical interviews and build high-performing teams
Run tech sprints and R&D initiatives
Foster engineering culture (knowledge sharing, innovation
Build React.js frontends (TypeScript, Next.js)
Develop Node.js backend services (Nest.js, Express)
Implement Go components for high-throughput systems
Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL,Kafka)
