We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer

Job Overview:

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
Build scalable, secure backend services and RESTful APIs
Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
Follow best practices for code quality, security, and version control
Manage cloud-based infrastructure and deployments (preferably on AWS)

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience with full-stack development using MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Proficient in building APIs, backend services, and database design
Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of software development principles and debugging techniques
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams

Nice to Have:

Experience with Python for backend scripting or APIs
Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)
Exposure to DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
