Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development, have experience working in cloud environments, and demonstrate leadership capability as a technical anchor. You will play a key role in building scalable applications that enhance user productivity and streamline business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Full Stack Development:

  Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend layers.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders:

  Engage with Product Owners and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Own Product Lifecycle:

  Manage the complete software development lifecycle—from requirement gathering and design to deployment, monitoring, and support.

• Drive Technical Excellence:

  Ensure high code quality through code reviews, adherence to best practices, and mentoring of junior developers.

• Cloud Implementation:

  Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), optimizing for performance, scalability, and cost.

• Champion Agile Delivery:

  Work in an Agile environment, delivering features iteratively while incorporating feedback and ensuring timely releases.

• Ensure Application Reliability:

  Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.

• Contribute to Architecture and Design:

  Participate in solution architecture discussions and make technology decisions aligned with business goals.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on relevant experience in full stack development, with a proven ability to design, build, integrate, and maintain both frontend and backend components effectively.
• Practical experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Frontend Technologies Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework: Angular
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in developing scalable and responsive user interfaces using Angular framework.
• Backend Technologies In-depth expertise in backend development using Python & Java.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in backend development, including building RESTful APIs, working with databases, and implementing business logic.
