Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5 to 7 years of strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Next.js to develop high-performance web applications. This role involves end-to-end development—from front-end interfaces to back-end logic— *as well as active participation in system design, Microservices , Team leadership, and direct client communication.*

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and dynamic UIs using React.js.
• Build and maintain scalable back-end services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.
• Design scalable system architecture and microservices-based solutions.
• Lead and mentor a development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning and implementation of new features.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficient with Express.js, RESTful APIs, and state management tools like Redux.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Version control using Git.
• Experience in system design and building microservices architectures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions and team coordination effectively.
