Job Summary:

We’re hiring Full Stack Developers with 2+ years of experience in React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL to join our dynamic tech team in Surat. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful AI-driven products while deepening your expertise in full stack web development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases (schemas, indexing, performance tuning)
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and backend services
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers)
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean, maintainable code
• Use Git for version control and work within Agile/Scrum workflows
• Contribute to planning, estimation, and sprint reviews

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development
• Strong expertise in React.js (including hooks, functional components, and state management)
• Solid backend development skills with Node.js and Express.js
• Proficient in PostgreSQL—queries, joins, indexing, and schema design
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Knowledge of API integration, authentication, and session handling
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues across the frontend and backend

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Experience with Next.js for SSR/SSG
• Familiarity with GraphQL, API performance tuning
• Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), or Azure
• Hands-on with Docker, containerization, and deployment tools

Education & Eligibility:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required
