Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will:

• Take full ownership of the tech stack — Frontend (React/Next.js + React Native) and Backend (Node.js + Supabase/Firebase)
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure using GCP or AWS
• Lead the development and deployment of our React Native mobile app and Next.js web platform
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions
• Integrate AI and generative models into the platform for real-time predictions
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of the system
• Mentor junior developers and enforce clean, scalable code practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product, design, and tech goals

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Proficiency in React Native, React.js / Next.js, and Node.js
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and deployment pipelines
• Experience working with Firebase, Supabase, or similar backend platforms
• Deep understanding of performance tuning, system design, and security best practices
• Startup mindset – proactive, adaptable, and ownership-driven

Bonus Points

• Have taken a product from MVP to large user base
• Have integrated AI/ML models into real-world applications
• Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced tech environments
