Job Description

We're Hiring: Front-End Engineer (2–4 years)

Location: Remote / Gurugram


About Us:

EnDecarb.ai is an AI-powered decarbonization platform helping enterprises track emissions in real time,

automate ESG compliance, and chart science-based net-zero pathways.


We’re looking for a skilled Front-End Engineer to build performant, responsive, and elegant user interfaces

using the modern React/Next.js stack.


What You’ll Do


  • Build responsive UI components with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript


  • Integrate REST APIs and display dynamic ESG data across dashboards and workflows


  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect layouts using Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3


  • Develop interactive native charts and visualizations (SVG/Canvas or charting libraries)


  • Optimize performance and accessibility across desktop and mobile


  • Implement routing, dynamic pages, and data-fetching strategies in Next.js


  • Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams to build production-ready features quickly


What We’re Looking For:-


  • 2–4 years of experience in front-end development


  • Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML/CSS


  • Strong experience with custom charting or libraries like Recharts, Chart.js, or D3.js


  • Hands-on experience consuming RESTful APIs


  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools


  • Solid understanding of responsive and accessible design principles


Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • State management with Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or Context API


  • Experience with NextAuth.js, JWT, or OAuth for auth flows


  • Understanding of SSR, SSG, and ISR in Next.js ( getServerSideProps , getStaticProps )


  • Form building and validation using React Hook Form, Yup, or Zod


  • Component libraries like ShadCN, Radix UI, or Headless UI


  • Testing with Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright


  • Familiarity with ESLint, Prettier, Husky, and modern bundlers like Vite or Webpack
