Responsibilities:

Front Office Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Handle visitor logbooks and maintain front desk security procedures
  • Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and appointments

️Administrative Support

  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation
  • Support HR/admin team in organizing events, meetings, and internal communication
  • Maintain cleanliness and office upkeep coordination with housekeeping



Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in front desk or admin roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable and professional attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
  • Bachelor’s degree Preferred
