JOB POSTING: EXPANSION & FRANCHISE ACQUISITION MANAGER Company: Indo-American Diner Location: Chandigarh, India (with frequent regional travel) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Senior Level Salary: Competitive ; based on experience and market standards ABOUT US: Indo-American Diner is a fast-growing, highway-focused restaurant chain blending iconic American diner cuisine with Indian flavours. Our strategic vision aims to replicate a scalable franchise model similar to global giants, tailored specifically for the dynamic Indian highway market. ROLE OVERVIEW: We are actively seeking a dynamic Expansion and Franchise Acquisition Manager responsible for driving the rapid expansion of Indo-American Diner through franchise partnerships. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end process, from identifying potential franchisee investors to managing negotiations, overseeing onboarding, and collaborating closely with our central marketing team. Must possess a thorough, expansive and robust network among HNIs & Realtors from remote regions of Chandigarh Tri-City KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: . Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with potential franchise partners, including HNIs, hotel owners, first-time investors, and retired professionals. . Negotiations & Onboarding: Effectively negotiate franchise terms, clearly communicate our FOCO model, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for franchisees. . Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, legal, compliance and operations) to ensure seamless integration and adherence to brand standards and procedures. . Market Analysis: Conduct market research to pinpoint strategic locations and regions optimal for expansion. . Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly report progress, market insights, and performance metrics to senior management. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Minimum 7 years of experience in franchise acquisition, business development, or closely similar roles. Proven track record in franchise management or acquisition in the hospitality or QSR sectors. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
