Our goal is to fundamentally redesign business operations and decision-making by integrating generative AI into every layer of enterprise infrastructure.

We’re developing a SaaS product that enables fully automated, intelligent workflows and strategic insights powered by LLMs and multi-modal AI.

Founding Engineer

Work from anywhere – we are fully remote and hiring globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of our AI-driven management platform (design, implementation, operation)
• Build full-stack features (frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure)
• Design and implement

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  and

  Graph-RAG

  pipelines
• Work with LLMs, vector databases, embedding pipelines, and orchestrators (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
• Contribute to architectural design, infrastructure scalability, and development processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  of professional experience as a full-stack engineer
• 
  
• Frontend: React / Next.js or similar
• Backend: Node.js / Python / Java / Go etc.
• Hands-on experience building

  AI applications using LLMs / generative AI

• Experience designing and operating infrastructure on

  AWS / GCP / Azure

• Strong knowledge and implementation experience of

  RAG / Graph-RAG

• 
  
• Experience with vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
• Embedding, chunking, retriever design
• Familiar with Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable with

  remote work and async communication

• Ability to operate in English (Japanese is not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a founding engineer or early-stage tech lead
• Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, or LLMOps
• Knowledge of graph-based knowledge representation or hybrid search techniques
• Product-thinking mindset; ability to align tech with business goals
