Fiserv Signature Core Banking Platform

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    Level 2 & Level 3 support

    for Fiserv Signature modules
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system stability
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document corrective actions
  • Handle platform upgrades, patches, and release deployments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integrations
  • Utilize

    AppDynamics

    and

    Splunk

    for incident investigation
  • Maintain compliance with

    ITIL processes

    (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Required Skills:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience

    in Fiserv Signature support
  • Strong understanding of

    Signature CBS (Aperio)

    , CRS, Branch Teller, Evolution Microservices, CBS Communicator, and Frontier Reconciliation
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and system configuration
  • Experience with

    Oracle

    databases and basic

    SQL

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like

    AppDynamics

    and

    Splunk

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a

    24/7 support

    and collaborative environment.
