The ideal candidate will ensure all systems run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with environmental and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise & conduct daily operations activities of following plants and machineries a. Transformers, DG, LT Panels, and Substation area b. Various service lines, like HT & LT Lines, Internal Panels, invertors, UPS, Solar Plants, c. Plumbing lines CPVC, UPVC, GI, HDPE, storm line, d. Submersible pumps, Monoblock pumps, e. Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems f. Underground/ overhead Water tanks and pumps g. Firefighting services Systems with pump knowledge. h. Air Washer and Scrubbers 2. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Monitor system performance and analyze data to identify potential issues. Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate with the technical team for timely repairs. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components. 3. Establish a standard inhouse laboratory for regular testing of treated water. 4. Establish SOP’s (standard operating system) for smooth & hassle-free operations of plants' machineries. 5. Prepare maintenance checklists & inspection reports, documentation, and logs ( daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly) for respective plant, equipment’s, and machineries, etc all systems. Submit reports to supervisor for further check & verification. Being responsible for the site- based log book containing all risk assessment, method statement, third party engineer's reports. 6. Undertake various tasks including general preventive maintenance, decoration, bricklaying and basic plumbing & painting etc. Deliver pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks. 7. Utilise initiative and planning tools to deliver efficiencies with a customer focus, ensuring communication with teams on tasks being undertaken. 8. Ensure compliances with all health and safety requirements and adhere to best working practices. Ensure & Secure all government compliance with environmental regulations and health & safety standards. 9. Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and operators. Actively support colleagues and be willing to learn. Attend training courses as and when necessary to develop your technical knowledge and skills in line with business requirements. 10. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance activities. 11. You will be required to be available oncall for weekends/ Holiday in important works. Respond to emergency situations related to fire pump operations and water treatment processes. 12. Reviewing helpdesk reports on a daily basis and close the issues within TAT.
