Full Time
1. To ensure and Provide valuable inputs from initial project/design development process till Project execution
2. Coordination of design development with external Design architects and consultants like structural, MEP, Firefighting, MOEF, Municipal Architect, RCC consultants, Interior designer, Landscape consultants etc.
3. Thoroughly checking drawings/ details/documents shared by consultants and reverting them with the corrections/changes required till finalisation stage.
4. To ensure approved design drawings are sent to Architect for preparation of plans for municipal approval and coordinate with Architect for the same.
5. To ensure working drawings are received from various Consultants like Architects/ Structural engineer/ Electrical/ Plumbing/ Firefighting/ Landscape etc.
6. To ensure all drawings required for Construction (GFC) to be obtained from Consultants and sent to Project Department
7. Knowledge of Redevelopment project would be preferred with residential / commercial/high-rise projects
8. Making Feasibility report or knowledge of the same
9. Maintain proper records of drawings and documentation of deliverable
10. Periodic site visits for checking progress at site
11. Arranging consultant meetings as per requirement.
12. Legal & Liasoning: To check offer letters, amenities committed for planning purpose, approved plans, any official documents/ technical details required by them etc.
13. Sales: To ensure RERA carpet areas list, Sale areas, plans for agreements, sale plans, 3D views, List of Amenities given to Sales & Marketing Department as required.
14. Finance and Accounts: RERA details, RERA certificates, Plans /Documents as per requirement, Providing and explaining municipal details and calculations of the projects, Providing data for areas as per their requirement etc.
15. Management: Layout-zoning finalization, Flat ratios, Flat areas requirement, other commitments to owner /tenants, etc. factors to consider for planning and designing purpose, taking important decisions from them related to any project progress.
16. Strong communication and technical skill.
17. Problem solving attitude.
18. Any other duties and responsibilities as given by management from time to time
