Qualifications & Experience Education: Minimum 10th Pass. Diploma or Certificate in Fire Safety or Industrial Firefighting from a recognized institute is mandatory. Preferred Certifications: Fireman Training from State Fire Services / Civil Defence / Government-recognized institutes Basic First Aid and CPR Certification Experience: 2–5 years in industrial, commercial, or institutional firefighting roles.
