The Plant Head is responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the steel manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth operations, production efficiency, safety compliance, cost control, and people management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plant Operations & Production Management Lead and manage all plant activities across steel melting, casting, rolling, finishing, and dispatch.
