Roles & Responsibilities:

Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Developing variance analysis reports and building comprehensive financial models.

Leading real-time monitoring of financial performance to support decision-making.

Conducting market research and performing comparable company analysis.

Analyzing trends in key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly those related to volume, revenue, expenses, and profit margins.

Preparing and reviewing P&L statements by business unit, along with detailed variance analysis.

Presenting financial insights and recommendations to management, and implementing approved improvements.

Designing and managing budget planning frameworks aligned with the organizational budgeting calendar.

Generating ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and data visualizations as required.

Driving process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance data accuracy and enable precise KPI tracking across business units.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Solid understanding and hands-on experience in financial planning and MIS functions within mid to large-sized financial services organizations.

Proficient in business unit-level accounting, including the allocation of costs and expenses across multiple projects, business units, and reporting entities.

Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity.
