Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure organizational growth. Monitor financial performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Oversee internal controls and risk management strategies. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Qualifications: Professional certifications - CA preferred . Minimum 10 years experience in multinational corporations or large enterprises. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Tally, advanced financial software and ERP systems. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
