Key Responsibilities: Allocate duties, monitor performance, and provide training when needed. Organize regular meetings with wardens to address issues or concerns. Address grievances and complaints from residents in a timely and effective manner. Facilitate activities or programs promoting a positive living environment. Ensure proper maintenance of facilities and timely response to maintenance requests. Oversee safety protocols including fire drills, emergency evacuation plans, and first aid. Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies or serious incidents. Liaise with university/college administration or management on hostel matters. Maintain records of occupancy, incident reports, complaints, and inventories. Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies. Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of all residents. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in a residential/hostel or educational institution. Ex-military or policeman preferred. Prior experience in managing teams and handling youth-related issues is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and authoritative under pressure.
