Field Sales Manager

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of field sales representatives, driving territory-based sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships. This role combines team leadership with hands-on sales execution, ensuring effective coverage of assigned regions and consistent customer engagement.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales representatives.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

Monitor team performance through KPIs, sales reports, and field visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on competitor activities, customer needs, and industry trends.

Support team members in negotiating deals and closing sales.

Ensure the team adheres to company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards.

Organize training, coaching, and performance reviews for the sales team.
