Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring targets are met across assigned territories. This role involves frequent travel, client visits, and real-time market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of field sales executives.
• Plan and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Train, coach, and motivate sales team members to improve performance.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market dynamics.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
