📢 We’re Hiring: Field Recruiter – Rider Onboarding (Zepto Project) 📍 Location: On-field (Mumbai & nearby regions) 🏢 Company: DRiV 💼 About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Field Recruiter to join our team at DRiV , working on the Zepto project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding delivery riders, ensuring each recruit is set up for success. Your efforts will directly contribute to the operational growth of our fleet. 🌟 What Success Looks Like: Achieving 30 fresh rider onboardings per month Ensuring each onboarded rider completes at least 200 orders within the first month Building trust and long-term relationships with riders for strong retention 📝 Responsibilities: Source potential delivery riders through field visits, local networks, and partnerships Explain job details, earning potential, and benefits clearly to riders Assist in documentation, registration, and onboarding processes Monitor early rider performance to ensure successful activation and engagement Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and follow-up ✅ Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in field recruitment or rider onboarding (preferred in last-mile/logistics sector) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel and work in the field independently Passion for hiring and scaling frontline workforce Basic knowledge of rider KPIs like order count, distance, and incentives 💰 Salary: ₹40,000/month (Performance-based with clear monthly targets) 📞 To Apply: Call or WhatsApp on 7738046786 Join us at DRiV and be a part of our mission to power the last-mile delivery ecosystem with reliable and scalable workforce solutions.
