Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary: The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving on-ground marketing activities in Bangalore, including roadshows, "Halla Bol" activations, and brand awareness campaigns. The role requires an energetic, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to engage potential customers and promote TTBS’s business offerings effectively. Key Responsibilities:· Execute field marketing campaigns, roadshows, and activation programs to increase brand awareness for TTBS. Plan and conduct "Halla Bol" activities and other promotional events to engage the target audience. Identify strategic locations for marketing outreach and manage event logistics. Maintain customer engagement with a positive attitude and a smile, ensuring seamless brand interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between field activities and overall marketing strategies. Collect and report campaign insights, including lead generation and audience feedback. Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data tracking. Ensure accuracy in documentation related to outreach efforts and customer interactions. Requirements:· Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler for transportation within Bangalore Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. Kannada proficiency is an added advantage. Experience: Prior experience in field marketing, roadshows, and activation programs preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a proactive approach to marketing activities. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a marketing team. Well-organized, resourceful, and adaptable to dynamic field conditions. Additional Preferences:· Candidates with experience in customer engagement, event management, or retail activations will be given preference. Prior exposure to low-cost, high-impact marketing strategies is a plus. Ability to manage multiple marketing activities efficiently.
