RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up VMC machines according to job orders and engineering drawings. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications. Install and adjust tools, jigs, and fixtures as per the process requirements. Load raw materials and align workpieces properly on the machine bed. Perform first-piece inspection and get approval from the quality team. Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments. Ensure correct tool offsets, speeds, and feeds are applied. Maintain proper records of machine setup and production.
