Job Description

General Administrative Support:

Job Summary:
Hanuram Foods Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and experienced Factory Administrator to manage and support the day-to-day administrative operations at our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes, supporting various departments including production, HR, and finance, and contributing to an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and distribution for the factory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for all factory-related documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for factory management as required.
  • Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure compliance with factory entry protocols.

Factory Operations Support:

  • Assist with documentation related to production schedules, dispatch, and material receipts.
  • Maintain records of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory-related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate vehicle movement for dispatch and delivery, including maintaining gate pass records.
  • Support the factory management in preparing various operational reports and presentations.

Human Resources & Personnel Support:

  • Maintain factory employee records, including attendance, leave applications, and basic HR documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating new employee onboarding logistics at the factory level.
  • Support the preparation of payroll data by compiling attendance sheets and other relevant information.
  • Facilitate internal communication within the factory.

Financial & Procurement Support:

  • Handle petty cash management for factory operational expenses, ensuring proper record-keeping and reconciliation.
  • Assist with initial processing of invoices, vendor bills, and expense reports for factory operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for services and supplies required at the factory.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Assist in maintaining records related to factory licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the implementation of factory safety protocols and maintain records of safety drills/training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
