Factory Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general administration of the factory premises, including housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and maintenance services.
• Maintain records of attendance, overtime, gate passes, and visitors.
• Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding, documentation, ID card issuance, and PPE distribution.
• Monitor stock and inventory of office and factory supplies; raise requisitions when needed.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to factory administration (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.).
• Support audits, inspections, and visits by maintaining up-to-date administrative files.
• Manage vendor relationships for facility services and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with safety and maintenance teams for infrastructure upkeep.
• Address employee grievances related to admin services and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in organizing staff events, welfare activities, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline
• 5 -8 years of experience in factory or industrial administration
• Good knowledge of factory operations and labour laws
• Proficient in MS Office and admin documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage emergencies

Working Conditions

• Based at manufacturing site
• May require extended hours during audits or production peak periods
