Office Coordinator-Job Description Location : GTB Nagar Department : Sales & Marketing Reports To : Business Head and Director Qualifications and Skills: 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Formal Mail writing Skills 3. Strong organizational and coordination skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure. 5. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation. Responsibilities: 1. Export/Import including banking Documentation 2. Export dispatch Coordination with CHA 3. Customer Support with queries 4. Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoice and other reports 5. Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. 6. Provide Samples to Customers 7. Samples Testing and Data Management 8. Social Media accounts Handling 9. Data Analysis 10. Sales Analysis 11. Payment Follow-up 12. Certificates Monitoring 13. New Sample coordination for sales team and follow with courier 14. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events. 15. Attendance Monitoring Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
