Production Supervisor

You will be responsible for material management by ensuring proper defined places for raw materials, goods in process, and finished goods. Additionally, you will oversee production management, setting total targets and section-wise targets. Quality management will also be a key aspect of your role, involving monitoring and maintaining the quality of raw materials, goods in process, finished goods, and out samples. You will also handle inventory management for raw materials, packing materials, goods in process, and finished goods. In order to improve efficiency, you will work on strategies to reduce the generation of waste materials. Daily production reports will need to be compiled and maintained. Furthermore, you will be involved in the modifications and repair of plant and machinery, as well as implementing a machine maintenance system. This is a full-time position with morning shift schedule. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are part of the compensation package. Day shift availability is preferred for this role, and the work location will be in person.,
