ShadCN UI

• Architect, build, and maintain frontend features using Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS
• Develop reusable components using ShadCN and headless UI principles (Radix, etc.)
• Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces
• Optimize apps for performance, SEO, and accessibility across devices and browsers
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and PMs to bring product ideas to life
• Own the frontend codebase, ensuring best practices in structure, testing, and maintainability
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, offering feedback and mentoring others
• Stay current with modern frontend trends and propose improvements where it counts
• Proactively identify UI/UX problems and solve them before they go live
• Write clear documentation for components, workflows, and frontend architecture
  

Skills Required

Frontend Frameworks & Libraries

• Expert-level proficiency with Next.js and React
• Strong understanding of SSR, ISR, and API routes in Next.js
• Experience building component-based UIs with ShadCN UI (or similar like Radix UI / Headless UI)
  

Styling & UI

• Mastery of TailwindCSS (customization, dark mode, responsive design)
• Experience building responsive and accessible interfaces across breakpoints and devices
• Solid eye for UX/UI design—even if you're not a designer, you know when something feels wrong
  

Performance & Optimization

• Deep understanding of frontend performance best practices (lazy loading, image optimization, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals in a Next.js context (meta tags, structured data, etc.)
• Ability to track and fix CLS, LCP, and FID issues using tools like Lighthouse or Web Vitals
