Executive Assistant to the Director

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and complex travel schedules.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
• Handle sensitive information and confidential communication with utmost discretion.
• Coordinate internal reviews, board meetings, strategic off-sites, and key stakeholder engagements.
• Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Track progress on key action items and follow up on project deliverables.
• Support with documentation, filing systems, and general administrative duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related disciplines (e.g., Sociology).
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar executive or leadership support role.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
