Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Senior Leadership Location: Mumbai, India About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in aviation or hospitality, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a strong service orientation. This is a high-impact role that requires excellent organizational capabilities, discretion, and the ability to manage interactions with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives Manage complex calendars, meetings, and appointments across time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Handle expense reporting, vendor management, and logistical support Liaise with global counterparts and senior stakeholders with professionalism and cultural sensitivity Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate degree 5–10 years of proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant role Background in aviation or hospitality is a must Exceptional communication skills and executive presence Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills Ability to handle international communications and stakeholders effectively High proficiency in managing travel, expenses, vendors, and scheduling tools What We Offer: Competitive compensation Dynamic and collaborative work environment Exposure to global operations and executive leadership Opportunities for growth within a reputed organization The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. Responsibilities Calendar management for executives Aid executive in preparing for meetings Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Show more Show less
