Event Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Event Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of branded events that drive engagement, awareness, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, have a strong background in event and experiential marketing, and be skilled in cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute events (virtual, in-person, hybrid) aligned with brand and business goals
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage event logistics end-to-end
• Promote events through multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital)
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
• Ensure strong on-site execution, attendee experience, and brand presence
• Analyze event performance and ROI; provide post-event reports and insights
• Identify and pursue event sponsorships, partnerships, and speaking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in event marketing or event management
• Proven success in planning and executing B2B or B2C events
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure
• Willingness to travel for events when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
