We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives related to physical and digital event promotions. The candidate will play a vital role in planning and executing event-specific marketing campaigns, increasing footfall, driving lead generation, and strengthening brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Event Planning Support: Collaborate with internal teams and venue partners to ensure smooth planning and marketing of events like Kitty Parties, RWAs, Carnivals, and Brand Activations. Campaign Development: Design and implement pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and influencer platforms. Audience Engagement: Drive community participation through WhatsApp groups, social media engagement, email marketing, and partnerships with women-centric groups and societies. Brand Collaboration: Work with brand sponsors to align co-branded campaigns, demos, and product placements at events. Content Coordination: Oversee the creation of promotional content such as posters, reels, banners, and emailers in collaboration with the creative team. Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of event marketing initiatives through KPIs such as reach, impressions, registrations, attendance, and ROI. Lead Nurturing: Use event marketing to generate and convert leads for premium event bookings, sponsor onboarding, and partner deals. Local Market Penetration: Develop micro-marketing strategies to promote events within RWAs, residential clusters, and high-footfall retail zones. Sponsorship Acquisition Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship deals with relevant brands across FMCG, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, F&B, and finance sectors. Develop customized sponsorship decks and brand integration plans based on the target audience and event scale. Maintain and update a pipeline of leads, outreach records, and sponsor contracts. Create value propositions and negotiate win-win deals for both sponsors and the brand. Build long-term partnerships with brands by offering innovative promotional touchpoints during events (e.g., product sampling, stage time, branding zones, influencer plugs).
