React Native Developer (m/f/d)

In this position, you will develop and maintain innovative mobile apps for Android and iOS. You will work closely with our development team to deliver performant, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions. The role can be performed fully remotely, with fixed working hours in German time.

Your responsibilities at a glance

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications with React Native
• Technical design, implementation, and testing of new features
• Publish and maintain apps in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Integrate and manage REST APIs, optionally GraphQL
• Integrate modern AI functionalities via the OpenAI API
• Contribute to server-side components using Node.js or Python
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers
• Create documentation and ensure code quality
• Support DevOps processes (e.g., deployment, CI/CD pipelines)

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• Solid experience developing mobile apps with React Native
• Proven experience publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and Styled Components
• Familiarity with Node.js and/or Python is an advantage
• Experience working with REST APIs, ideally also GraphQL
• Basic understanding of CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge of app store processes, certificates, and signing
• Excellent German skills and good English skills, spoken and written
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong team and communication skills
