We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enrollment Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a meticulous approach to organization, and a structured sales mindset. This role involves engaging with prospective students and their parents, guiding them through our enrollment process, and achieving enrollment targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Communication:

    Engage with prospective students and parents through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to explain the benefits of GVC programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Sales Process Adherence:

    Follow established sales processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness in achieving enrollment targets.
  • Organizational Skills:

    Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools, ensuring no lead is overlooked.
  • Target Achievement:

    Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets by converting leads into enrollments.
  • Bonus Potential:

    Leverage the unlimited bonus potential by driving enrollments and achieving outstanding sales performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution.
  • Experience:

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.

  • Organizational Skills:

    Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Sales Mindset:

    Strong understanding of sales processes, with a structured and methodical approach to achieving targets.
