As an Engineering Technical Lead at Intelo.ai, you’ll:

• Architect & Deliver:

  Oversee the end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment for your area our AI‑driven software solutions.

• Lead & Mentor:

  Manage a high‑performing engineering team, set technical standards, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Collaborate Cross‑Functionally:

  Partner daily with Product Management, Data Science, and Customer Success to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable code.

• Drive Automation:

  Champion best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and workflow automation to accelerate feature delivery and system reliability.

• Maintain Technical Excellence:

  Ensure robust architecture, high test coverage, and observability across our microservices ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in software development (Python, Java, or similar) and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Hands‑on experience in project and engineering management, with a track record of delivering complex software projects on schedule
• Deep understanding of automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills: ability to inspire, coach, and grow a distributed engineering team
• Excellent analytical problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Bonus: prior experience with AI/ML systems in production environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
