Job Description

What Youll Do

Lead a high-performing backend team focused on building scalable and secure systems
Own architecture, design, and execution of core lending services
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Business teams to define and deliver on the roadmap
Build a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
Drive high-quality releases with strong monitoring, reliability, and CI/CD Were Looking For :
10+ years of backend development experience in Java/ Node.js / Python or equivalent
2+ years of experience in managing engineering teams
Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and distributed architecture
Experience with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB), messaging queues, caching, etc.
A track record of delivering complex backend platforms in a fast-paced :
Experience in fintech or regulated domains
Exposure to large-scale transaction processing systems
Familiarity with cloud infra (AWS/GCP) and modern DevOps practices
