About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development :
• Develop responsive, high- performance web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Collaboration :
• Work with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into interactive, user- friendly web applications.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
• Optimization and Testing :
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high- quality code.
• Debug and resolve performance and cross- browser compatibility issues.
• Team Management :
• Manage and guide a team of junior - mid level developers.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of reusable components and libraries.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 6- 10 years of hands- on experience in frontend web development.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with responsive and mobile- first design principles.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and CSS- in- JS libraries.
• Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with frontend applications.
