Position Overview:

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist with experience in generating leads for App Development, Web Development, and AI Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a knack for crafting compelling email campaigns that resonate with potential clients and drive engagement. This role offers a competitive base salary plus additional commission incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on generating leads for App Development, Web Development, and AI Solutions.
• Build and maintain a segmented email list to ensure targeted outreach for optimal results.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future email outreach and increase conversion rates.

Content Creation & Personalization:

• Craft personalized and engaging email content that speaks to the unique needs and pain points of our target audience.
• Utilize A/B testing to optimize subject lines, calls-to-action, and email content for better engagement.

Campaign Management:

• Manage email marketing tools and platforms to ensure accurate data tracking and seamless campaign execution.
• Track metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align email outreach efforts with broader lead generation strategies.
• Collaborate with the content team to create or curate relevant content for email campaigns.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, specifically for lead generation in App Development, Web Development, and AI Solutions.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
• Excellent writing skills with a focus on crafting compelling email content.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
•  Must have working experience of generating leads for IT services company through outbound email campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with GDPR compliance and email marketing best practices.
• Knowledge of industry trends in app development, web development, and AI
