Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our presence across leading online marketplaces including Myntra, FirstCry, Amazon, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing product listings, optimizing ad campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketplace Growth Drive and manage sales performance across marketplaces like Myntra, FirstCry, Amazon, Ajio, and others. Monitor and analyze sales trends, promotions, and campaigns to meet revenue targets. Plan and execute promotional activities in coordination with marketplace teams. Product Listing & Catalog Management Create, update, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, size charts). Ensure compliance with each platform’s listing and quality guidelines. Advertising & Campaign Management Set up and manage paid ads (Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, etc.). Monitor ad performance and optimize for better ROI and conversion rates. Operational Management Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment and returns. Ensure on-time stock updates and availability across platforms. Handle day-to-day operations like order processing, returns, and inventory sync. Analytics & Reporting Generate regular sales, performance, and ad campaign reports. Use data insights to improve product visibility and performance. Reconciliation & Finance Track payouts and ensure accurate reconciliations with each marketplace. Identify and resolve discrepancies related to returns, payments, or fees. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces. Prior experience with platforms like Myntra, FirstCry, and Amazon is essential. Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, SEO for marketplaces, and digital advertising. Proficiency in Excel and marketplace dashboards. Show more Show less
