Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Cataloguing & Listing Management: ○ Ensure that product catalogs are up-to-date and listings are accurate across all external online sales channels. ○ Regularly review and optimize listings for better visibility and conversion. 2. Ad Campaign Management: ○ Work closely with the ad teams to set up and monitor campaigns on external platforms. ○ Track campaign progress, analyze performance data, and provide insights for optimization and growth. 3. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Coordination: ○ Ensure timely order fulfillment by passing daily packaging sheets to the dispatch teams ○ Manifest orders from the relevant panels and monitor dispatch progress. 4. Promotions & Coupons Management: ○ Connect with channel POCs (Point of Contact) to set up promotional deals, discounts, and coupons to boost sales and engagement. 5. Data Analysis & Channel Scaling: ○ Create Daily Report Run (DRR) sheets to monitor channel performance. ○ Analyze data and provide actionable insights to scale channels effectively. ○ Take channels from O (zero) to 1 by driving growth and leveraging data insights. Skills and Qualifications: ● Proven experience in managing online sales channels (excluding D2C and Amazon), with a focus on catalog management, ad campaigns, and order fulfillment. ● Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and scaling channels through business insights. ● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work with channel POCs and external partners. ● Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment. ● Experience in using sales and reporting tools for daily tracking and optimization.
