Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the electronics market, and digital marketing acumen. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Techcon’s products (LED TVs, Coolers, Washing Machines) across assigned territories. Develop new dealer/distributor networks and maintain strong client relationships. Implement online and offline marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales. Coordinate with e-commerce teams for listings, promotions, and campaign performance. Generate leads through field visits, exhibitions, social media, and cold calling. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-line) marketing activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, and e-commerce platforms. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
