Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day administrative, operational, and strategic tasks. The ideal candidate will act as the right hand to the Director, ensuring seamless communication, efficient coordination, and effective follow-through on all matters.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

  • Manage Director’s calendar: schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Draft and respond to internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaise between Director and other internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items and communications.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups for meetings.

Travel & Event Management:

  • Coordinate national and international travel arrangements: flight, accommodation, itinerary, visas, etc.
  • Organize events, board meetings, conferences, or corporate gatherings.

Project Support:

  • Assist the Director in planning, tracking, and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing notes, summaries, and reports as required.

Office Management:

  • Oversee scheduling, administrative operations, and internal office workflows as required by the Director.
  • Ensure timely completion of MIS reports and other business-related documentation.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently under pressure.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory); MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership/executives.
  • Tech-savvy and well-versed with digital tools and productivity apps.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, Office-based
  • May require occasional travel
  • Must be available during extended hours when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person
