Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-learning Developer located in Bhubaneswar. The E-learning Developer will be responsible for developing e-learning modules, designing instructional materials, managing learning content, and facilitating training and development sessions. The role involves working closely with subject matter experts to create SCORM-compliant materials and ensuring seamless integration with LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Learning Development and Instructional Design
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Management
• Skills in Training & Development
• Knowledge of SCORM standards and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education or corporate training sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field
