Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly coordinated e-commerce manager to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating sites. The e-commerce manager will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advice on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics. In so doing, you should lead teams of staff, ensuring that you are available to furnish pertinent individuals with practical guidance, as required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Setting up international and domestic sales channels through various e-commerce platforms in the education kits/hobby stores or toy segment (including Amazon, Hamleys, etc.) or educational school product suppliers. 

2. Designing storefronts on web pages like Shopify and tracking, analyzing, and conversion ratios.

3. Devising ads and growth strategies that harness sales and insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.

4. Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies for e-commerce.

5. Create promotional offers for domestic/international e-commerce sales and check to see that these are uploaded precisely.

6. Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy and adherence to international policies for educational products.

7. Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of performance marketing strategies.

Qualification:

1. Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.

2. Completion of a pertinent sales qualification is preferred.

3. Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager.

4. Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.

5. Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.

6. Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.

7. Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.

8. Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.

Skills Required:

Google Analytics, Amazon Ads, Communication skills.
