Job Overview

NeceSera is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our enthusiastic team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our online sales and enhancing the overall customer experience on our platform. • Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong understanding of the retail apparel and fashion industry's dynamics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic e-commerce plans to achieve sales targets and drive profitability.
• Manage and optimize our online presence, ensuring an engaging and effective user experience across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Monitor website performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to recommend improvements and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate inventory management and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Lead efforts to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value through innovative strategies.
